Maximum Occupancy: 6 Registered Guests The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 registered overnight guests at any time, unless prior written approval has been provided by the host. Daytime visitors are limited to a maximum of 4 additional guests beyond the approved overnight occupancy and must be approved in advance by the host. When requesting approval, please provide the number of visitors, their approximate ages, and whether any pets (including dogs) will be accompanying them. Approval of daytime visitors does not permit parties, events, or large gatherings, and all visitors must depart by the time specified by the host. Overnight stays are not permitted unless guests have been approved and added to the reservation. This policy is in place to protect the property, neighboring residents, and the home's amenities and infrastructure, including the septic system, hot tub capacity, and the safe and comfortable use of the indoor living spaces, particularly during inclement weather when everyone may need to be inside. Failure to comply with this policy may result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation, removal from the property without refund, and additional charges for any resulting damages, excessive wear, or violations of house rules.
