Please exercise CAUTION when going down the stairs. 3.)Please note that a security deposit may be required, subject to verification. 4.) Guests may leave up to 2 bags of garbage and 2 bags of recycling at the property at no extra charge. If there is additional garbage and recycling, a $150 fee will apply for removal. House Rules

• NO PARTIES! Loud and/or excessive noise will not be tolerated and is monitored via the noise monitor. • • Guests found partying or making excessive noise will be immediately evicted, without refund. • All overnight guests must be registered within the reservation; max number of overnight guests is 6. • Guests are required to provide the number from a piece of government issued photo ID at the time of booking and are required to present that same piece of ID on check in. • Smoking or vaping of any kind (cigarettes, cannabis, etc.) is not permitted inside the home. Guests will be charged a $500 fine for smoking inside plus any costs to remove the smoke from my home, per occurrence. • Illegal drugs are not permitted on my property. • Children and infants are welcome in the home; however, no childproofing is in place. Guests are responsible for childproofing the home as they see fit. The host bears no responsibility in this regard. Any permanent modification to childproof requires host approval prior to their installation. • Visitors must be cleared with me before inviting them over. Visitors to the guests should not exceed 4 (for a max number of 8 people in my home at any one time). • Guests must treat my home with respect. We do a thorough cleaning, but guests should generally pick up after themselves and not leave an excessive mess or garbage lying around. • Garbage & Recycling Policy Guests may leave up to 2 bags of garbage and 2 bags of recycling at the property at no extra charge. If there is additional garbage and recycling, a $150 fee will apply for removal. You are welcome to take your garbage to the nearest transfer station; however, please note that most transfer stations are closed on Sundays and statutory holidays. • GUEST STAYING LONGER THAN 2 WEEKS: must periodically do regular cleaning, which includes washing the tub, sink, toilet, dusting, vacuuming and washing the floors, cleaning the stove top, fridge and sink. Failure to do so will result in a minimum, additional charge of $100 for additional deep cleaning. While there are additional linens and towels in the unit, an additional laundry charge will be levied if more than 1 set of linens and 2 sets of towels are used (double for 2 guests staying and using both beds). • Please do not stain the white towels – a $10 fine per towel will be charged for any stains found on the towels – regardless of whether or not the stain comes out in the wash. Do not use towels to clean up blood, dirt or any other unsanitary messes. Please use paper towel found in the kitchen instead. • Please place all used dishes in the dishwasher -please do not wash dishes by hand - except for wooden items. Turn on the dishwasher before checking out. The dishwasher detergent is under the sink. • Wipe counters and cooktop after cooking and clean them on checkout. • Do not use metal utensils on the pots, pans or frying pans. • Smelly garbage must be disposed of in the garbage bins in the front of the house. • Candles are only to be used in the rare event of a power outage. They are decorative elements and not for regular guest use as they pose a significant fire hazard. • Excessive use of towels or linens may result in an extra laundry fee. Extra linens are provided when the number of overnight guests exceeds 4 or when requested. Please, 2 Large towels, 1 hand towel and 1 facecloth per guest. • All makeup must be removed before using the pillows. Removal of makeup from the linens is very difficult and time-consuming. There are makeup removing wipes above the towels in the bathroom. • Laundry detergent and bounce sheets are provided to guests to complete any necessary laundry. Please do not make excessive use of the laundry facilities. Leave the washing machine door slightly open when finished. Remember to empty the lint trap at the front of the dryer before and after every use. • Late check outs and early check ins are challenging since the listing is often booked back to back. Depending on the circumstance, fees for an early check in and/or late check out may range from $50 up to the nightly rate of the reservation. • Lost keys charge is $250 per instance. • All guests are liable for any and all damage including legal fees. • I am committed to Rent Responsibly standards.
