-Absolutely no parties allowed. -Absolutely no pets allowed. If guest are caught having a pet at the cottage, a $500 extra cleaning free will be charged -In order to keep the enjoyment of future guests, absolutely no cooking aromatic foods such as deep-frying and curries. -Take all garbage and recycling with you upon checkout. Any and all garbage and recycling left behind is subject to a 20$ removal fee. -Guests must bring their own beach towels. Towels provided are for showering only. -No smoking allowed inside cottage. -There are no other guests permitted in the house / on the property without prior authorization from me. -Extra overnight guest are not allowed. -Please clean BBQ the best you can before you check out -All garbage and recycling must be removed when you checkout as there is no local garbage pickup -There are exterior security cameras. They are used to protect both our guest and our property, and also used to ensure the amount of registered guest - A signed rental agreement and legal ID of the booking guest must be provided to gain access to your door codes

Christine’s cottage made for a beautiful winter getaway! The home was peaceful and cozy with beautiful water views. The marina next door made for easy access to the frozen water for winter activities like snow shoeing and snowmobiling. We took advantage of the covered hot tub, woodstove and pool table. We also appreciated some of the other amenities like the Ninja air fryer and the Philips coffee/latte maker. This home would be beautiful in the summer too. A perfect family getaway!

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub. Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben! Alles nötige war im Haus vorhanden, es war sehr sauber und man konnte sich direkt wie Zuhause fühlen. Auch auf Anfragen wurde schnell reagiert.

This cottage is absolutely stunning and has everything you need for your stay. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable along with the quality linens. The high ceilings and natural light from the large windows made for a beautiful view and cozy experience. We also really appreciated the large dining table for our group dinners and the hot tub to beat the cold. The arcade game and pool table we also super fun! We had the most amazing time, and we do hope to come back next winter.

This to me is the perfect cottage overlooking the Georgian Bay. I was born and raised in Parry Sound. The south channel was always a great place to go, boating, fishing, and exploring. If you are a winter enthusiast, the main snowmobile trails are right near the property. The house is quite cozy. The fireplace throws off incredible heat for those cold nights. If you are an explorer and an adventure, this is a great cottage. For me, it was a retreat after closing up my parents house in the area. My 88 year-old mother loved her stay and made the transition easier to moving south with me. I would totally recommend this Airbnb. Thank you for the lovely stay.

We enjoyed a winter getaway at this cottage with two other couples. It was clean and comfortable. The cottage was close to the snowmobile trail which was the reason for our visit to the area.

My friends and I had a great stay at Christine’s cabin! It had everything we needed for a week of cooking, relaxing, and catching up. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils for cooking big group meals (roasting trays, tongs, measuring cups etc.), had tons of dishware, and the washing machine was very handy. The big dining room table was great for playing board games, and we appreciated all the blankets and lounging options for watching movies on the big TV. Christine and her co-host Edwin were super responsive and helpful any time we had questions. The location js beautiful (you’re near a great rail trail, we took a short drive for skating nearby) and everything looked extremely picturesque covered in snow. Having heated mats along the walkway to/from our vehicles was a great touch too; no shovelling! We loved keeping the indoor wood fireplace going. And there’s nothing better than hot tub in -20c weather. Hope we can stay here again.
