Hi Guest, our rules are simple. Please Be Respectful to Our Neighbours & Home. 1) Please do not wear your shoes inside the home 2) Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet. There is a garbage bin for everything else. 3) Approved Pets Only *$500 fine per incident* 4) No smoking inside or outside property premises. *$500 fine per incident* 5) No parties and/or large social gatherings. 6) The number of guests on the property must always reflect the number of guests booked. 7) Refrain from open flames/candles in the home 8) Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am 9) Check-out times are mandatory- *$50.00/hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 10:00am.* 10) If any personal property is damaged, lost, stolen or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean, you will be charged accordingly. 11) If there is a maintenance issue, please contact me directly so I can send someone to fix it. 12)We do our best to make sure we create a safe environment for our guests. However, we accept no responsibility for any accidents, injuries or any experiences that may occur in or around our home, at any time, for any reason. 13) We advise guests not to order packages to the address. If you do please understand we do not take responsibility for lost or missing packages. 14) A signed rental agreement and legal ID of the booking guest must be provided to gain access to your door codes 15) Guests assume all risk and liability when using life jackets, flotation devices, and water equipment provided at the property, acknowledging that they are responsible for their own safety and that of any minors or non-swimmers under their supervision. 16) Pet fee of $150. Please note that all pet stays are subject to approval. To ensure a comfortable environment, we kindly ask that only non-shedding dogs are brought to the property. Garbage & Recycling Policy Guests are required to take all garbage & recycling with them upon checkout. (If you’d prefer to leave the garbage behind, a $150 disposal fee will apply. If you choose this option, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.), please note that most transfer stations are closed on Sundays and statutory holidays. 📷 Cameras: We have two security cameras that are on 24/7 for security reasons. They are located at the front and side entrances. We go to great lengths to ensure our home is in excellent condition when you arrive. The property has a driveway and can accommodate up to 3-4 cars. Detailed instructions about the property will be sent after booking.
