1) Please do not wear your shoes inside the home 2) Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet. There is a garbage bin for everything else. 3) Approved Pets Only *$500 fine per incident* 4) No smoking inside or outside property premises. *$500 fine per incident* 5) No parties and/or large social gatherings. 6) The number of guests on the property must always reflect the number of guests booked. 7) Refrain from open flames/candles in the home 8) Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am 9) Check-out times are mandatory- *$50.00/hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 10:00am.* 10) If any personal property is damaged, lost, stolen or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean, you will be charged accordingly. 11) If there is a maintenance issue, please contact me directly so I can send someone to fix it. 12)We do our best to make sure we create a safe environment for our guests. However, we accept no responsibility for any accidents, injuries or any experiences that may occur in or around our home, at any time, for any reason. 13) We advise guests not to order packages to the address. If you do please understand we do not take responsibility for lost or missing packages. 14) A signed rental agreement and legal ID of the booking guest must be provided to gain access to your door codes 15) Guests assume all risk and liability when using life jackets, flotation devices, and water equipment provided at the property, acknowledging that they are responsible for their own safety and that of any minors or non-swimmers under their supervision. 16) Guests are strictly prohibited from using the indoor wood burning fireplace. 17) Pet fee of $150. Please note that all pet stays are subject to approval. To ensure a comfortable environment, we kindly ask that only non-shedding dogs are brought to the property. Waste Management: 🗑️ Garbage & Recycling Policy Guests are responsible for their own garbage and recycling. Please either: 1.) Take it with you or bring it to the nearest transfer station (note: most stations are closed on Sundays and statutory holidays), or 2.) Leave it at the property for a $150 removal fee. 👉 All garbage must be in clear plastic bags, and recycling must be in transparent blue bags. 📷 Cameras: We have 1 security cameras that are on 24/7 for security reasons. They are located at the front and side entrances. We go to great lengths to ensure our home is in excellent condition when you arrive. We expect that we will find it in the same condition when you leave. Rental Agreement, Damage Waiver, and Security Deposit: To finalize your booking and ensure a smooth check-in experience, guests are required to complete our standard pre-arrival requirements, which may include a signed Rental Agreement, Damage Waiver selection, Security Deposit option, and ID Verification. These requirements help protect both guests and homeowners while ensuring expectations are clear prior to arrival. ↩️ Please reply back "I agree to the house rules" when you book.
