⚠️ Important Information Before Check-In 📝 A signed rental agreement and a valid government-issued ID of the booking guest are required before receiving your door access codes. 💳 A refundable security deposit may be required, subject to verification. 🗑️ Guests are responsible for removing all garbage and recycling upon checkout. During your stay, please use the bear-proof bin provided at the end of the driveway. (If you prefer to leave garbage behind, a $150 disposal fee applies please notify us in advance so we can make arrangements.) 🚧 Please note: the main house on the west side of the property is under construction and not accessible to guests, including the surrounding area and front deck.

Unauthorized pets = $500 fine per incident. 4️⃣ 🚭 No smoking inside or outside the property. $500 fine per incident. 5️⃣ ❌ No parties or large gatherings. 6️⃣ The number of guests must always match your booking. 7️⃣ 🔥 No open flames or candles inside. 8️⃣ 🤫 Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. 9️⃣ 🕙 Check-out is 10:00 AM sharp.
