Security Deposit A fully refundable $1,200 security deposit hold will be requested through the Airbnb Resolution Center prior to arrival. • The deposit is fully refundable • It will be released on your checkout day after the turnover inspection, provided no damages are found during the stay. This beautiful cottage and boathouse was amazing. Great location for multi families. The cottage is amazing but the bonus boathouse with its own full kitchen was awesome. Located on a waterway we brought our boat and seadoos and jad a wonderful week. Warren and his team are very attentive and communicate regularly to make sure their guests were happy. We hope to rent again next year or in 2027! Loved it

We had a fantastic stay at this lake house with 4 families including 8 adults and lots of little kids. The lake has lots of cottages but wasn’t overly busy and was excellent for swimming and boating. The house served us very well with multiple kitchens, multiple living rooms, and great outdoor spaces. Just be warned there are a lot of stairs if that’s an issue for you (it wasn’t for us). We loved everything and hope to rent this house again in the future with other large groups.

Upon arrival, Warren met us and explained everything about the house. He was an extremely responsive host. We stayed a week at Warren’s house with my son and his wife and three children. The house was within walking distance to a large supermarket and a variety of shops and restaurants. Our grandchildren especially liked the dock on the lake for swimming and fishing. We enjoyed this super clean house and it’s amenities immensely and would highly recommend it.

Had a great Victoria holiday with 3 families and kids in this beautiful place! With both the main cottage and boat house, there are plenty of space for 12 of us. The house is clean and kitchen have everything needed for a big feast. Beds are comfy and cozy. Love the boat house especially which seems to be newly renovated and the great view to the lake. We all had great time hanging around the lake and fireplace. Would definitely love to come back for Summer to enjoy the space more

Lovely cozy property. Very clean! Beautiful kitchen. Great living room and games room set up. Very open concept with limited privacy but worked out great for our 2 families. Next time would stay in the summer to have access to the boathouse.
