Hello Guest, our rules are simple Please be respectful to our neighbours and our home. 1. Please remove your shoes when inside the house. 2. Only septic friendly toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet. Absolutely no wipes or feminine products in the toilet. There is a garbage bin for everything else. 3. Approved pets only. $500 fine per incident. 4. No smoking inside or outside property premises $500 fine per incident. 5. No parties and or large social gatherings. 6. The number of guests on the property must always reflect the number of guests booked. 7. Please refrain from open flames and candles in the home. 8. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. 9. Check out times are mandatory $50 per hour. Penalty will be applied if you fail to check out by 10 AM without prior consent. 10. If any personal property is damaged, lost stolen or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean you will be charged accordingly. 11. If there is a maintenance issue, please contact us directly so we can send someone to fix it. 12. We do our best to make sure we create a safe environment for our guest however, we accept no responsibility for any accidents, injuries or any experiences that may occur in or around our home at any time for any reason. 13. We advise guests not to order packages to the address. If you do, please understand we do not take responsibility for lost or missing packages. 14. Assigned rental agreement and legal ID of the booking guest must be provided to gain access to your door codes. 15. Guests assume all risk and liability when using lifejackets, flotation devices and water equipment provided at the property acknowledging that they are responsible for their own safety and that of any minors or non-swimmers under their supervision. 16. Pet fee of $150 per pet. Please note that all pet stays our subject to approval to ensure a comfortable environment. We kindly ask that only non-shedding dogs are brought to the property. Garbage and recycling policy Guests are required to take all garbage and recycling with them upon checkout. If you would prefer to leave the garbage behind a $150 disposal fee will apply if you choose this option. Please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements. Please note that most transfer stations are closed on Sundays and statutory holidays.
