We also require a valid ID and a signed rental agreement before releasing key codes to any of our cottages. - Please note that a security deposit may be required, subject to verification. Guests are required to take all garbage & recycling with them upon checkout. -If you’d prefer to leave the garbage behind, a $150 disposal fee will apply. Hi Guest, our rules are simple. Please Be Respectful to Our Neighbours & Home. 1) Please do not wear your shoes inside the home 2) Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet. There is a garbage bin for everything else. 3) No Pets Allowed *$500 fine per incident* 4) No smoking inside or outside property premises. *$500 fine per incident* 5) No parties and/or large social gatherings. 6) The number of guests on the property must always reflect the number of guests booked. 7) Refrain from open flames/candles in the home 8) Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am 9) Check-out times are mandatory- *$50.00/hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 10:00am.* 10) If any personal property is damaged, lost, stolen or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean, you will be charged accordingly. 11) If there is a maintenance issue, please contact me directly so I can send someone to fix it. 12)We do our best to make sure we create a safe environment for our guests. However, we accept no responsibility for any accidents, injuries or any experiences that may occur in or around our home, at any time, for any reason. 13) We advise guests not to order packages to the address. If you do please understand we do not take responsibility for lost or missing packages. 14) A signed rental agreement and legal ID of the booking guest must be provided to gain access to your door codes 📷 Cameras: We have two security cameras that are on 24/7 for security reasons. They are located at the front and side entrances. We go to great lengths to ensure our home is in excellent condition when you arrive. A few of us ladies took a quick trip outside the GTA for some rest and relaxation, and this Airbnb was perfect for what we wanted. The space was large enough for 12 of us while still feeling warm and cozy, especially with the snow falling and the beautiful lake views. The place was clean, and the photos matched the listing. It was well stocked with pots, pans, cutlery, tea, seasonings, soaps, and laundry supplies—truly a home away from home. We also appreciated the games provided, like Jenga and Connect 4. The only challenge was snow removal. Some of us got stuck in the driveway, and the host’s original plan fell through when the equipment broke. We had to manage with one shovel and some sand/salt bags. Once we shared our concerns, the host was very receptive and tried to address the issue. He was otherwise communicative and kind throughout our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would definitely consider returning, especially in the summer.

We had a wonderful weekend at Edwin’s place. The home offers breathtaking views, making it the perfect retreat for relaxation. We traveled with kids, and there were plenty of activities to keep them entertained. It’s an ideal spot for both unwinding and family fun!
