Hi Guest, our rules are simple. Please Be Respectful to Our Neighbours & Home. 1) Please do not wear your shoes inside the home 2) Only toilet paper should be flushed down the toilet. There is a garbage bin for everything else. 3) NO PETS ALLOWED 4) NO SMOKING Inside or Outside the Cottage Property, please smoke off the property ($500 Fine per incident) 5) No parties and/or large social gatherings. * $1000 / incident* 6) The number of guests on the property must always reflect the number of guests booked. * $100 / unregistered guest / night 7) Return all kayaks, paddle boards, paddles, life jackets, and all movable amenities back to their original storage location each night. 8) Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am 9) Check-out times are mandatory- *$50.00/hour penalty will be applied if you fail to check-out by 11:00am.* 10) If any personal property is damaged, lost, stolen or if the cleaning company requires additional time to clean, you will be charged accordingly. 11) If there is a maintenance issue, please contact me directly so I can send someone to fix it. 12)We do our best to make sure we create a safe environment for our guests. However, we accept no responsibility for any accidents, injuries or any experiences that may occur in or around our home, at any time, for any reason. 13) We advise guests not to order packages to the address. If you do please understand we do not take responsibility for lost or missing packages. 14) A signed rental agreement and legal ID of the booking guest must be provided to gain access to your door codes 15) Pet fee of $150. Please note that all pet stays are subject to approval. To ensure a comfortable environment, we kindly ask that only non-shedding dogs are brought to the property. Garbage & Recycling Policy - Guests may leave up to 2 bags of garbage and 2 bags of recycling at the property at no extra charge. If there is additional garbage and recycling, a $150 fee will apply for removal. You are welcome to take your garbage to the nearest transfer station; however, please note that most transfer stations are closed on Sundays and statutory holidays. We appreciate your help in keeping the property clean and enjoyable for everyone! 📷 Cameras: We have two security cameras that are on 24/7 for security reasons. They are located at the front and side entrances. We go to great lengths to ensure our home is in excellent condition when you arrive. As our VIP guest, you and your family and friends will have full access to all the amenities the Sunrise Lakehouse Cottage has to offer plus parking for 6 cars. Two single kayaks with life jackets provided, and can be used at renter's discretion.
