The main cottage has 3 levels and a basement with 4 walkouts. A large deck off the living room that has seating (11) for outdoor dining. It comfortably sleeps 6 adults & 4 children. There is a king-size bed, two queen beds, 2 sets of bunks with a double bottom and single top, and a pull out couch in the basement and 3 bathrooms. The open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining room are perfectly designed for entertaining with a large sofa with a love seat, a decorative fireplace, Bar and smart flat-screen 60-inch High-Speed Wi-Fi. The newly renovated main cottage kitchen comes equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, beverage fridge, and dishwasher. In addition, there is a steam washer/dryer for your convenience. There is a separate dining area with seating for 6. The kitchen has 4 seats at the island. The master bedroom is on the second level of the main cottage with its own ensuite. The bathroom is a 3 piece with a stand-up shower. Patio doors open from inside the master bedroom to a large wrap-around deck. On the top level of the main cottage, there is a large bathroom with a double sink vanity, a large stand-up shower, and a bathtub with a spectacular view of the lake. In the lower level of the main cottage, there is a well-equipped rec room with a couch and love seat, a large 50-inch smart flat-screen with DVD and a gas fireplace, and a billiards table for your enjoyment. Wifi is available for the main house & boathouse. Responsible pet owners welcome and smoke outside if you please. The Gorgeous boathouse sits directly on Sturgeon Lake, a two-story separate Building. The master loft bedroom has a queen bed, a pull-out double couch, and a walk-in closet. Spectacular views of the lake. Brand new full kitchen with stainless steel fridge, stove, Jenn-air downdraft oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The open-concept granite and slate kitchen flow into the large dining area with seating for 4 with additional seating for 4 at the breakfast bar. The large living area is very cozy with a 40-inch smart flat-screen TV, a comfortable couch, and a recliner. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow lots of natural light and views of the water. The second bedroom is located on the main level with a queen-size bed and a closet. The main floor washroom has a soaker tub, shower, and pedestal sink. The exterior has several decks, overhanging Sturgeon Lake. It's a short Boat ride to Fenelon Falls which is on the Trent Severn Water System an inland waterway that runs from Lake Ontario to Georgian Bay and beyond. Supplies are readily available in Fenelon Falls where there is a large Grocery store (Sobeys), quaint shops, liquor & beer stores, restaurants, Marinas, service stations and so much more. In addition, there is a healthcare center in Fenelon and a Hospital within 20 miles. Please Note: We do require a security deposit of $1200.00 that must be paid via EFT prior to your stay. This deposit will be refunded within 7 days if there are not any damage claims. No Pets are allowed on this property.
